At Chimera Ink LLC, we put immense care, precision, and state-of-the-art tech into every project we touch. However, physics, intellectual property, and basic human decency still apply. To keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and drama-free, we operate under a strict FAFO framework:
The IP Rule
Intellectual Property
If you send us a file, CAD model, or scan, we assume you legally own the rights to it or have explicit permission to reproduce it. If you submit pirated or unauthorized material and a rights-holder comes knocking, your project is terminated instantly, your data is scrubbed, and you are entirely on your own.
The Engineering Rule
We use professional software and hardware to ensure structural integrity and print capability. If you explicitly demand we ignore our engineering recommendations and it fails catastrophically, that is on you. Re-prints due to ignored advice will be billed at full price.
Common Sense
The Communication Rule
Ghosting us for weeks in the middle of a revision cycle, only to return demanding immediate priority because of a self-imposed deadline, will get your project pushed to the back of the queue. Urgency on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours.

Custom manufacturing requires upfront time, machine hours, and material calibration. Fraudulent chargebacks or refusing to pay for completed work that matches approved specs results in immediate blacklisting and a permanent ban from our services.
